Samuel Allen, the youth accused of killing a Brazilian miner during a robbery at Arakaka, Region One five years ago, was yesterday found not guilty of the crime by a jury.
The charge against Allen, 23, stated that on April 2nd, 2014, at Five Miles Arakaka, he murdered Joao De Souza during the course or furtherance of a robbery.
Allen was 18 at the time.
