The Guyana Amateur Powerlifting Federation (GAPLF) will kick off the month of December with its last statutory competition for 2019, the Senior Nationals Championships at St Stanislaus College.
As customary, the championships, which will be held tomorrow, is the most anticipated event of the GAPLF’s calendar of activities.
The flagship fixture of the federation will see gladiators vying for the Best Male and Female lifter titles.
