National junior table tennis player Isaiah Layne enhanced his growing reputation by winning two titles in the United States of America and placing second in another category.
Layne, son of former national football legend, Mikey Layne, and a member of the Titans Table Tennis Club, which is participating at the annual North American teams TT tournament, copped first place in the Flushing TT Centre November Open and the Westchester Open run by former Caribbean men’s singles champions Sydney Christophe of Guyana and Robert Roberts of Barbados respectively.
Layne won the U1800 division at Flushing with two other junior national players, Niran Bissu and Krystian Sahadeo placing second and third respectively.
