With Christmas approaching, Banks DIH has once again launched “Santa’s Enchanted Christmas Village” at Demerara Park, Ruimveldt, with a host of attractions for children.
For the admission fee of $500 for adults and children over the age of 12 (children under 12 are free), the ‘Village’ promises a visit to Santa Clause amidst a festive décor.
Apart from meeting and greeting Santa and Mrs. Claus, the children are also being given an opportunity to snap a photo with them. As alternative, the “Grinch’s living room” was also constructed as an attraction where naughty boys and girls can have their photos taken.
Popular costumed characters are also on hand for photos, including a debuting Frosty, which is a mascot introduced by Banks DIH for the children.
A bouncy castle and trampoline is also set up for the children’s enjoyment as is a story corner for children to sit and listen to fun stories. Face painting is also being done on site.
