Dorado Speed Swim Club’s Elliot Gonsalves and Monique Watson continued their glowing outing on day two of the ongoing Amateur Swimming Association of Trinidad and Tobago Invitational Meet.
The dynamic duo added to their medal tally on Thursday at the National Aquatic Centre in Couva.
Competing in the 200m breaststroke event on day two, Watson added a silver medal to the gold medal she won in the previous day’s 400IM event with a time of 3:11.27. Not to be outdone, Gonsalves produced another gold medal showing in the boys 11-12 years 200m Breaststroke with a time of 2:49.20s to register another stellar effort. The tournament ends at the weekend.
