I would like to express my utter dissatisfaction with the lack of concern displayed by Digicel to our plight as customers.
For over a month, we in Deep South Rupununi have not been getting phone signal in Karaudarnau and Achawib villages. Customers have made complaints to Digicel’s dealer in Aishalton but nothing has been done. Customers have paid for their data plans and credit. I would like to know if they can be refunded for being unable to utilise their data plans. Are we being discriminated against?
