A 32-year-old fisherman was remanded to prison yesterday after he was accused of breaking and entering another man’s home and stealing over half a million in articles.
Kevin McRae denied the charge after it was read to him by Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan in the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court One.
The charge alleged that between the 8th and 10th of December, 2019, at Orange Walk, McRae broke and entered the dwelling house of Hubert October and stole an Apple ipod valued $230,000, a cake mixer valued, $35,000, 7 chairs valued $129,000 and $127,000.
