Dear Editor,
Congratulations to all who achieved ‘first oil’ in record time. I always knew it was designed as an Xmas present to the nation/electorate.
The question now is who benefits? Time for the Big Guyana Oil Conversation to start and break out of the chatterati. I plan to do my bit.
