The Lucas Stock Index (LSI) fell 2.36 percent during the fourth period of trading in December 2019. The stocks of four companies were traded with 13,926 shares changing hands. There were two Tumblers and no Climbers. The stocks of Banks DIH (DIH) fell 1.22 percent on the sale of 3,234 shares while the stocks of Republic Bank Limited (RBL) fell 6.61 percent on the sale of 8,299 shares. In the meanwhile, the stocks of Demerara Distillers Limited (DDL) and Demerara Tobacco Company (DTC) remained unchanged on the sale of 2,212 and 181 shares respectively. The LSI closed at 590.57.
