Ministry delivers $70m in health equipment to regions

The Ministry of Public Health yesterday delivered around $70 million in equipment to several hinterland regions.Representatives from Regions 1, 7, 8, 9 and 10 received the equipment from the health minister, Volda Lawrence, according to the Department of Public Information (DPI). 

The equipment included five boats and outboard motors, two ATVs, a Mindray Z6 Ultrasound machine, vital signs monitor, a Mindray electrocardiograph and other state-of-the-art medical devices.
