(Trinidad Express) The bodies found in a vehicle parked on the roadside in Arouca on Sunday have been identified.
Joseph Ramsingh and 51-year-old Sumatie Ramjit were shot multiple times, police said.
Ramsingh was found in the trunk of the Nissan AD wagon, while Ramjit was in the back seat.
Police said residents observed the strange car parked along Farmers Extension, Lopinot Road, at around 6am.
The police were contacted and the bodies were discovered inside.
Ramsingh’s body was wrapped in a sheet.
Police said a motive for the double murder has not yet been determined.
