As the country prepares to host its General and Regional elections, the Tourism and Hospitality Association of Guyana (THAG) is appealing to the general public to demonstrate Tolerance, Civility and Peace on Elections Day, Monday March 2nd, 2020 and thereafter. The THAG Board and President also appeal to all stakeholders to commit and embrace these three principles, since stability is essential to Guyana’s future and vital to our rapidly growing Tourism Industry. We also ask that all be vigilant against fake news and the spread of misinformation by thinking before you post and fact check information before sharing.
