A man was charged last Friday with posting photos of three woman to humiliate them.
Todd Brown, who said he was second-in-charge of security at Silvies Industrial Solutions, appeared before senior Magistrate Leron Daly to answer to three charges of using a cellular phone to transfer data and causing distress.
The 28-year-old man, who resides at Wortmanville, pleaded not guilty to the three charges. It was stated that between November 4 and 5, 2019, Brown used a cell phone to publically transmit photos of three women to cause distress and humiliation, hence, damage to the character of the individuals.
Brown was asked by the Magistrate whether the photos he shared were nudes. He said “they were not”.
Police Prosecutor Christopher Morris had no objections to bail. As a result; Brown was granted $50,000 bail on each charge and is due to make his next appearance on May 8, 2020.
