The sweeping powers has swept the caretaker president’s order of closing restaurants, clubs and bars and other public places at 23 59 H on Friday, April 3 2020 to implementation of 18 00 H to 06 00 H (6 00 pm to 6 00 am) curfew with immediate effect until May 3 2020.
The sudden edict of a curfew with immediate effect seems purposeful and may be designed with certain intentions.
