I write to acknowledge your, Editor’s note that Mr Christopher Ram is not a “shareholder” in the Stabroek News. I formally withdraw my comment that he is a “major shareholder” in your publishing company.
My remark and your correction was in the SN June 18, 2020 edition that published my letter, under the caption: `I call on my accusers to publish their evidence of my involvement with violence in Buxton and anywhere in Guyana’. My letter was written in response to Ram’s offensive attacks on the WPA and me in his missive (June13.2020 edition) – `A movement once famous for its values and Rodneyite principles is now deeply involved in attempts to rig the 2020 elections’.
