The Ministry of Public Works yesterday said that 21 Traffic Lights Solar Panels have been stolen over a period of two days.
Twelve from Regent & Cummings, seven from Brickdam and Brummell Place and two from Cummings Street and South Road were stolen.
In a statement, the Ministry once again pleaded with public-spirited citizens to report any suspicious acts and or theft of traffic lights components to the nearest police station or the Ministry of Public Works Public Relations Department via telephone on 592-227-0799 or Facebook at Ministry of Public Works or via email at mopiguyana@gmail.com.
