Newly appointed captain of the Guyana Amazon Warriors, Chris Green, is excited to unleash on the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) Cricket West Indies Emerging Players signees, Ashmead Nedd and Kevin Sinclair.

Nedd, who worked along with the Warriors last season, was part of the West Indies Under-19 World Cup side and brought his form into the Regional Super50 where he, along with Sinclair, showed their promise. Sinclair ended the tournament as the most economical bowler and earned a spot on the Guyana Jaguars side.

With the tournament hosted solely in Trinidad and Tobago, the captain is anticipating a lot from the spinners due to the traditional nature of the wickets on the Island. The pair of youngsters will join seasoned campaigners in Imran Tahir and Green himself as the front line spinners.
