Dear Editor,
SARA as we know was set up to recover State Assets either pilfered or undersold.
It has not lived up to expectations in that it has not recovered a significant amount of money or assets.
Instead of disbanding SARA we should be looking at making it more effective and apolitical.
SARA acts as a deterrent to unsavory conduct by officials and as such should not be disbanded.
