The Guyana Bank for Trade and Industry (GBTI) which was to have held its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 28, postponed it in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In a notice, the bank said that “After considering the continued health impacts of the Coronavirus…, the well-being of shareholders, employees and the public at large and in keeping with governmental orders and guidance”, the board had decided to postpone the AGM until further notice.
It said that shareholders can contact the bank’s Marketing Department on 225-4284 or 624-4284 for more information.
