According to an advertisement in the August 22nd edition of Stabroek News, The Guyana & Trinidad Mutual Fire Insurance Company Limited has served notice of an Ordinary General Meeting of Members to be held at 2 pm via the virtual meeting portal, Zoom.
The first item on the agenda is “To approve and if seen fit pass, a special resolution authorizing and directing the holding of the Ordinary General Meeting of Members of the GTM Fire Insurance Company Limited by means of a computer generated virtual real time format, where all members are in simultaneous visual attendance, due to the restrictions of the COVID-19 Emergency Measures…”
