The Speaker of the National Assembly, Manzoor Nadir at the start of yesterday’s session of the budget debate announced that 14 employees of Parliament Office have tested positive for COVID-19.
Nadir noted that 126 samples were taken and of that number, 14 members of staff received positive for the virus.
He further asked that persons be patient with Parliament as they try to ensure the safety of all staff members.
