Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) Chairman Sir Hilary Beckles has convened a high-level team to review grievances that have arisen, including grading, from its administration of this year’s Carib-bean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) and Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE) assessments.
There have been widespread complaints in Guyana and across the Caribbean about CSEC and CAPE results and the handling of School-Based Assessments (SBAs).
