The police are probing the circumstances surrounding the death of well-known doctor and lecturer Wesley Torrington, whose partially decomposed body was discovered in his Roxanne Burnham Gardens, South Georgetown home yesterday morning.
Stabroek News was informed that the lifeless body of Torrington was discovered in a chair in his living room around 11am.
Torrington, 60, of Marigold Street, Roxanne Burnham Gardens, lived alone. He was the Assistant Dean of the Lincoln American University (LAU).
