The Jagmohan family has embarked on an initiative to develop a gated luxury community at Windsor Castle on the Essequibo Coast in Region Two.
The real estate project, named Jagsville, will be the first of its kind to be established in the Cinderella Country and will feature 171 house lots as well as a pool, playground and tennis court.
It is estimated to cost $900 million. According to Thakur Samlall, one of the managers involved in the project, the lots in the community, which will range from 5,000 square feet to 43,560 square feet will be available for hire purchase through Republic Bank, Demerara Mutual, GBTI, and the New Building Society, once persons qualify.
