The Guyana Post Office Corporation (GPOC) yesterday said that customers sending letters and parcels to London, England are asked to note that all mails to this destination have been suspended until further notice.
The GPOC said it will continue to monitor the situation globally and make the necessary adjustments to its service.
“We regret any inconvenience caused and will continue to provide the necessary updates to our customers. Our website and social media pages are regularly updated with information. Air traffic to and from the UK has been suspended by dozens of countries following the appearance of a mutation of the COVID-19 virus.
