Dear Editor,
I am heartened by the certainties of the Government and of Messrs Ramkarran and Rohee regarding the decision of the World Court. I have only one thing to say: if the Court chooses to pronounce on a territorial dispute between the two countries it can find in favour of either or both parties. The logic is quite simple here. The Government and your correspondents must now be ready for this prospect and all that it entails.
