Tenders were on Tuesday opened at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board for huge supply contracts for the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport.
A special bid opening was also allowed yesterday for the Guyana Defence Force for the supply and delivery of a vehicle and the procurement of an outboard engine.
