The police have been advised to institute charges against Joel Rodriguez, the Cuban national, who allegedly brutally murdered his partner, Tara Krishnaran and her 11-year-old daughter, Larissa Singh at Princes Street, Lodge on Saturday night.
Crime Chief Wendell Blanhum yesterday informed Stabroek News that the suspect, who has since confessed to the crime is scheduled to appear in the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court this morning.
The murders are believed to have occurred between 8 pm on December 25, 2020 and 9 pm on Saturday, December 26.
