This is a pleasure for my company, on behalf of Banks DIH – we want to support this and partner in continuing to see this sport grow. We thank the GFF for reaching out to us and we will be happy to support in any way possible to ensure that we go from strength to strength.”

Innis, during brief remarks said, “I want to say welcome back to Banks DIH. Banks DIH is a natural partner for the GFF and football. Banks DIH is a national institution that we are all extremely proud of – it contributes significantly to the economy in Guyana,” said Inniss.

Enormous resources have to be expended to prepare a national team, especially for a journey like the World Cup qualifiers. We can’t do it alone, so we’re very thankful to Banks DIH for this contribution.”

Maximo said the support from the beverage company was important for football.

“It is very important for football to have support from all areas, especially from drinks companies coming to join us. I am sure they will be a great partner in our future achievements.”
