Kitty labourer gets community service for break and enter at school

A 50-year-old labourer was yesterday charged for break and enter and larceny committed on Sunday at F.E. Pollard Primary School located in David Street, Kitty, in Georgetown.

The accused, Milton Smith, of Thomas Street, Kitty, Georgetown, yesterday appeared before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court where the charge was read to him. He pleaded guilty.

He was then sentenced to twenty hours of community service or a week in prison.
