Employees among five charged with breach of COVID measures at Sleepin Hotel

A group of persons have been charged and granted bail for allegedly breaching the National COVID-19 Emergency Measures.

David Narine, Lynella Gonsalves, Robin Cordis, Suanna Stevens, Marvin Liverpool, and Troy Nedd, were on Wednesday read separate charges of breach of COVID-19 Emergency Measures when they appeared at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Courts before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan.

It is alleged that on March 7, at Sleepin Hotel & Casino on Church Street, Georgetown, they hosted a party, in breach of the COVID-19 Emergency Measures.
