Dear Editor,
It was reported that high ranking officials visited the family of the lad killed under tragic circumstances to sympathize and offer support. This is as it should be. It was further reported in one section of the media (News Source), that one of the officials offered prayers with the family. Again as it should be. Juxtapose that scenario with a similar situation, where officials went to another part of the country, following the killings of two youths, and the mayhem which ensued. Senseless killings of youths, different outcomes. How come? My condolences to the grieving family, relatives and friends of the deceased. May he rest in eternal peace.
