Guyana’s Devin Permaul is seeking to qualify for the upcoming Tokyo, Olympics by participating at the Pan American championships currently underway in Monterrey, Mexico.
Some 20 countries including Guyana, are represented at the championships which is being contested under the strict regulations as set by World Archery and the local health authorities.
Guyana’s Permaul is flying the Golden Arrowhead amidst fierce competition for the three quota places at stake.
One final qualification tournament will take place in Paris, France in June.
