A 46-year-old Linden man was yesterday brought before a city court to answer a burglary charge.
Paul Marciano, unemployed, of Water Lily, Wismar, Linden, appeared via Zoom before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan, who read the charge to him.
It is alleged that the offence was committed on March 21st, 2021, at Andyville, Wismar, Linden. The victim was identified as Devon Reece.
Marciano pleaded not guilty to the charge and was released on $70,000 bail.
The matter was adjourned until April 15, 2021.
