Joined up thinking? Not. The Government of Guyana announces the setting up of a diaspora unit under the uber efficient Rosalinda Rasul. Is this the second or third rebirth of this entity?
At the same time, the job of resident High Commissioner to the UK and non-resident to 18 other countries is still vacant after eighteen months. Makes no sense.
