A Linden man has been granted bail after denying a malicious damage to property charge.
Valonza Hackett, 29, of Lot 210 Half-Mile, Wismar, Linden, appeared via Zoom at the Linden Magistrate’s Court on Friday and he was released on $75,000 bail after being charged with damage to property.
It is alleged that on March 29, at Lot 341 One Mile, Wismar, Linden, he maliciously damaged an object belonging to Winston Fraser.
Following his not guilty plea, Magistrate Wanda Fortune granted him bail. The matter was adjourned until May 10.
