The bus driver seen in a viral video snatching a passenger’s phone after she asked him to lower the volume of the music in the vehicle has been charged by police and released on $30,000 station bail.
The accused, Josh Harry, of Back Street, Soesdyke, East Bank Demerara, is scheduled to appear at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court on Monday, where he will face two additional charges of assault and damage to property.
He was charged by the police with making loud and continuous noise, misconduct, failure to carry a conductor and breach of condition of Road Service Licence.
