GWI well maintenance boosted by $45m truck

The Guyana Water Incorporated (GWI) says it will now be able to spend less than half of the time it currently takes to maintain its wells on the coastland following the procurement of a Hydraulic maintenance truck and associated equipment to the tune of approximately $45M.

A twenty-year-old miner is missing and feared drowned after he and another miner went to bathe on Tuesday in a creek near their mining camp in Mabura, Region Ten The miner has been identified as Akeem Davidson, of Retrieve, MacKenzie, Linden.
