The Ministry of Health today said that four more persons who tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) have died. This takes the total number of deaths from the pandemic to 331.
The latest fatalities are a 63-year-old female from Region 10 (Upper Demerara-Berbice), a 66-year-old male from Region 1 (Barima-Waini), a 78-year-old male from Region 3 (Essequibo Islands – West Demerara) and a 69-year-old female from Region 4 (Demerara-Mahaica).
They died while receiving care at the ministry’s medical facility.
