A taxi driver was on Monday robbed of his motorcar and other valuables by three identifiable men, two of whom were armed with weapons.
The 38-year-old man who resides at Kitty, Georgetown, was relieved of one silver Toyota Allion, registration number HC 1720, valued at $1.5 million, a Samsung Pro cellphone valued at $27,000, $41,000 cash, and car documents.
The Guyana Police Force in a report stated that the incident occurred in the vicinity of Pradoville, East Coast Demerara while the man was plying his trade as a taxi driver.
