Dear Editor,
Another day, another fraud committed against a state agency, yet again a banking institution is involved.
The question of whether these institutions are compromised or the loopholes in the system are just waiting to be exploited or lax regulations need strengthening, has to be addressed urgently by the relevant authorities.
Confidence in the sector is crucial and everything must be done to ensure this.
