Dear Editor,
The revelations of overstaffing at the national water company suggests this was another case of finding jobs for the boys and girls. But what is puzzling it was discerned that overlapping of functions and duties was the result of overstaffing yet nothing was done about the situation, it seems, until now. It begs the question though if the payroll could have withstood the staff increase then, how come it can’t now?
