Local Track and Field athletes will have their last chance at qualifying for the Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan this summer when the Athletic Association of Guyana (AAG) stages its National Senior Championship from June 18-20.
The event, which will be held at the National Track and Field Centre at Leonora, concludes one day before the Olympic qualifying window closes on June 21.
Standouts like Emanuel Archibald (100m) , Jasmine Abrams (100m), Jenea McCammon (100mh) and Andrea Foster (800m), will be looking to record performances of their careers and punch tickets to the prestigious Games.
