The police are working to apprehend a suspect who stabbed a labourer several times about his body after a disagreement at a Kumaka Waterfront, Mabaruma North West District location.
The injured man, Eon Bovell, 25, of Kumaka Waterfront, Mabaruma North West District, at about 22.30 hours was at a public place drinking when the suspect attacked him with a Guinness bottle causing injuries.
According to the report, Bovell was rushed to the Mabaruma Regional Hospital where he was treated and released.
A report was subsequently made to the Mabaruma Police Station. The matter continues to be investigated.
