The Ministry of Health yesterday said that as of June 05, 2021, four more persons who tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) have died. This takes the total number of deaths from the pandemic to 409.
The four new confirmed fatalities are a female, 45, from Region Four who passed on June 2nd; a female, 51, from Region Six who succumbed on June 3rd; a man, 68, from Region Two who died on June 4 and a female, 82, from Region 7 who took her last breath on the same day.
Meanwhile, the Minis-try of Health yesterday reported 48 new COVID-19 cases. Its dashboard also said that there were 20 persons in the ICU.
