The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Guyana Amateur Powerlifting Federation (GALPF) will be held on July 21 at a venue to be announced.
According to a release from the association yesterday, the AGM, which will commence at 10:00hrs will entail the renewal of affiliation, reviewal of minutes of the 2019 AGM, the incumbent president, Ed Caesar’s report, the general secretary’s report, the treasurer’s report, election of office bearers for 2021 and any other business.
“All athletes and referees are reminded that attendance is essential for registration for the coming year and eligibility for selection for international events,” the release stated.
“Members of the executive look forward to your attendance and full participation at this event. COVID-19 measures will be in effect. All attendees will be required to wear masks and sanitize upon entry,” the release ended.
