New Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) President Dr. Hyginus ‘Gene’ Leon arrived here today for talks with the Guyana Government.
According to the Ministry of Finance, Leon, a national of St Lucia, was met at the Eugene F Correia International Airport by Minister with responsibility for Finance Dr Ashni Singh.
