Dear Editor,
Birthdays are celebrated with warm wishes and greetings, but not so for the leader of the only non-paper party of the umbrella. A no-nonsense missive from the highest decision making body, outside of Congress, clearly sets out the disappointment of members on certain decisions taken, this following on the heels of the declaration of another high ranking member, concerning the holding of the overdue Congress. Is there dissent among the ranks? Is a rebellion in the making?
