Five companies on Tuesday presented proposals for consulting services for a cost recovery audit and validation of Guyana’s Profit Oil share.
The proposals were submitted at the National Procurement & Tender Administration Board.
The first bidder was Bayphase Limited which is an international Oil and Gas consultancy based in the United Kingdom. Rosa Correia & Associados (RCA) which is an auditing and consulting firm based in Lisbon, Portugal; Swale House Partners Risk Management and Natural Resource Specialists and global law firm Squire Patton Boggs collaborated and submitted their proposal.
Further a petroleum consulting company based in the UK, Gaffney Cline & Associates was recorded as the third bidder while Eclisar Financial & Professional Services, a local accounting and financial institution was presented as the fourth bidder. The Calendar Law Firm was the fifth bidder.
A number of other tenders were opened on Tuesday for various projects including the reconstruction of the St Rose’s High School which was estimated to cost $467 million.
