A Vigilance man was arrested on Friday after he was found with a plastic gun following a failed bid to escape from the police.
In a statement, the Guyana Police Force said the man, 32, was arrested around 9 pm at Foulis, East Coast Demerara, where he and another man were spotted on bicycles.
